Day-by-Day Itinerary

Meet in Nairobi for early morning departure to Ndunyu Njeru KWS Offices for registration. Transfer to the trailhead and begin the challenging hike up Rurimeria, navigating steep sections and false summits. Reach the summit at 3,860m ASL. Mandatory turn-back by 2:00 PM for descent to avoid wildlife encounters. Depart for Nairobi in the evening.
